This will guide you on how to maintain your property in accordance to VIHA standards. VIHA will inspect when it is time for a housekeeping inspection.
This guide gives residents a reasonable time to fix their unit's problems without leaving VIHA with residents in violation. If a resident does not comply with the lease agreement, it is within VIHA's rights to terminate their lease and move forward with the eviction.
