Wellness Assessments are vital services provided to residents of VIHA properties. Conducted by Resident Resiliency Coordinators, these assessments are designed to identify and address the unique needs of each household while fully respecting privacy and adhering to the Freedom of Information and Privacy (FOIP) regulations. By evaluating the “Eight Dimensions of Wellness,” Coordinators tailor support to help residents meet both immediate needs and long-term goals. The main aim of these assessments is to improve the quality of life for VIHA residents, empowering them to achieve greater economic mobility and self-sufficiency. It is essential for all VIHA residents to schedule these assessments to receive the support and resources tailored to their specific circumstances.
