The Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA) announces that effective Monday, August 7, 2023 all VIHA Central Offices and Property Management Offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix will resume regular in-person operating hours with the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can read the full press release here:
