Work Orders Made Easy

As VIHA continue to provide safe, decent, and sanitary lifestyle for our residents we encourage you to report all issues with your unit.  Please call in a work order to your property manager as soon as possible. Repairs will be prioritized based on urgency. Conditions that are considered emergencies will be addressed within 24 hours.

All work orders are assigned a number and tracked in our agency software system. You should be given the work order number for repairs requested so that you have a  tracking record of all issues reported.

VIHA will make normal wear and tear repairs; However, if you damage any item in the apartment due to deliberate actions or negligence, VIHA will charge you for the repair.  You can review the Schedule of Tenant Charges in the Policies, Procedures & Forms section of the website.

How It Works

Please call our emergency number at (305) 447-2464, for all after-hours maintenance emergencies during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays.  Please provide the following information when calling the after-hours emergency service:

  • Community/Building and Apartment #
  • Name of Person Reporting the Issue
  • Contact Telephone #
  • Description of Maintenance Emergency
