The Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA), hereinafter referred to as VIHA, has issued this Request for Quotes (RFQ} to define the requirements, solicit quotes, outline the process for evaluating quotes, and selecting the subsequent Contractor(s} to secure Directors and Officers Liability Insurance that provides financial protection for its directors and officers in the event that liability or suit arises from the performance of their duties as they relate to VIHA.
