Quality of Life Consortium

The Virgin Islands Housing Authority’s (VIHA) Resident Wellness Empowerment (RWE) strategy promotes opportunity and independence for VIHA residents through targeted programming and community partnerships. The Consortium focuses on the needs of the families living in the VIHA communities. The Consortium works collaboratively to foster thriving environments, engage residents, and deliver consistent, scalable programs that yield meaningful outcomes.
