The Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA) is seeking experienced and qualified information technology (IT) service
providers to play an integral role in its digital modernization initiative. This initiative aims to transition the agency
from traditional paper-based processes to a modern, paperless operational framework. The project encompasses
the development of computer-based dashboards that provide real-time information regarding various facets of
agency operations, including work order tracking, vendor payments, and daily operational activities. The overarching
objective of this project is aligned with VIHA’s long-term strategic goals, which include enhancing sustainability,
improving operational efficiency, and fostering transparency.
